Jeanne Tomlin has served as President and CEO of Tomlin Realtors, Inc. for nineteen years.

Jeanne’s steady climb towards her chosen career goals began in 1985 when she acquired a license to sell real estate and went to work for the F.C. Tucker Company as a salesperson. After selling real estate for the required one year period, she acquired her Broker’s license. Using her educational background in architectural technology from Purdue, she became the on-site manger of a new subdivision for an upscale custom builder. Her dream, however, was to manage a real estate office in preparation for owning her own company. She was soon offered a management position at the north branch of Carpenter Better Homes and Gardens. After a time in management, Jeanne took over servicing the corporate relocation accounts for the entire north side of Indianapolis, including Washington and Lawrence Townships, Eagle Creek, Zionsville, Carmel, Noblesville and Geist.

In 1991 she affiliated with Tomlin Realtors, again specializing in new home construction and relocation. In 1993 she became a partner and member of the Board of Directors. She worked side by side with Mr. Tomlin until his death in 1998 at which time she stepped into her current leadership role. Her goals for the company are to continue its prominence while maintaining the superb service which has always characterized the company.

Tomlin Realtors is an independent real estate brokerage firm which serves the greater Metropolitan Indianapolis area-both in residential and commercial real estate. It was founded in April 1982 by the late Bill Tomlin. His intentions were simply to hire a secretary and go into business for himself. In less than three years his fledgling company employed eight agents and grossed $25 million. This increased to $50 million in 1986 and ranked Tomlin as the largest for productivity per associate in the area.
