  • Prepare a home feature sheet for cooperating agents to use when showing your home
  • Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box
  • Provide a 24-hour talking ad for your yard sign
  • Furnish you with a copy of your BLC listing for your approval
  • Advertise when necessary
  • Personally contact at least 50 homes in your neighborhood
  • Use our “Home Seller’s Checklist” to give suggestions and advice about how to better merchandise your home
  • Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers
  • Follow-up on all salespeople that have shown your home for their response
  • Report to you on a weekly basis on all showing activity
  • Update you weekly about any change in market activity
  • Represent you during all negotiations to insure that you receive the best possible price and terms for your home
  • Prepare an estimate of your net proceeds
  • Handle all follow-up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted about all closing procedures
  • Deliver check at closing
